If you do not have an existing site, we will prepare an outline of the content you would like to include in your Web site. |

Your design preferences, such as colors, and your company's existing logo. |

Sites you have seen on the Web that appeal to you to help us determine what kind of design you are looking for. |

| DESIGN PHASE | |

After the initial consultation, Everett Street Consulting will prepare a summary of the meeting outlining the decisions made. |

If you do not have an existing site, a storyboard will be prepared. |
|
You will be consulted about each element of your Web site, from buttons to backgrounds. A test site will be established so that you can review the work on your Web site as it is progressing |
| IMPLEMENTATION PHASE | |

Once the site is completed and you have approved all of the elements, the site will be uploaded to your Web Site host. If you do not have a hosting company, Everett Street Consulting will obtain one for you. |

META tags will be created so that your site can be submitted to search engines and directories. |
|
Training sessions will be scheduled, if desired, so that you can learn to maintain your Web site. |
For best results, you should plan to play an active role in the design and development of your Web site.
